How to use email extractor software?

Working of email extractor buttons

Search: This button is used to search emails from the internet on the basis of entered keywords, URLs or local folder, files path in the search textbox. Search button will be disabling on its click. After search completion or stop button click, it will be enable again. Stop: This button is used to stop searching immediately. That means all the task will be canceled on its click. It will be disabling on its click. It will be enable again on Search button click. Pause/Resume: This button is used for pause or resumes the search between the processes. Clear: Clear button is used to clear data from the UI but internal process will not stop. All the data will be permanently remove from the UI. Save: This button is used to export data in a excel sheet. User can save data between the processes or after completion the process. Log:

has a feature of logs. User can check logs by clicking on log button. This is used to check emails records on a particular URL.

Search Engines:

Select “search engines�? option if you want to search email ids from the search engines (Google, Bing and Yahoo). In another words we can say that if you want to search email ids by the keywords like “UK students email ids�?, “Delhi businessmen email ids�? etc. For this search you need to enter keywords in the search textbox and press enter. Related email ids of the entered keywords will be search from the internet and display in the text box.

There are two types of search:
Default search: select this option when you want to search emails from the links of search results. If you select this option them system opens all the links and search email ids from it. System will open only single page of URL not all pages of website.
Depth search: In this search user can select scan depth level from the drop down. Below is level system.
1 Level: Emails from the first URL of search result.
2 Level: All the emails from the first URL’s links
3 Level: All the emails from the seconds level URL’s links.
Above points are level processes. You can select 20th level from the dropdown.

Websites Search:

Choose this option if you want to search emails from the web pages. It can search emails from single page, website, website & sub domain and website with all the links of other websites.
Single Web Page: This search is used to search email ids only from the single page. Control cannot move to other pages.
Website: website search is used to search email ids from the website. If you want to search email ids from the whole website then select this option and enter website URL. All the email ids of all web pages of website will be filtered and display on the UI. In this search system will scan only website not other websites.
Website & Sub domains: Select this option, If you want to search emails from the website and sub domains of this website. System will scan only website and its sub domain only. Scanning cannot move outside the website. Other websites links cannot scan in this search.
Depth search: In this search user can select scan depth level from the drop down. Below is level system.
Level 1: Emails from the first entered URL.
Level 2: All the emails from the first URL’s links
Level 3: All the emails from the seconds level URL’s links
Above points are level processes. You can select 20th level from the dropdown.

Local Files:

select this option if you want to search emails from the local files of folders. There are two options for local search.
Folder search: Folder search is used to search emails from the folders.
You need to enter folder’s path of browse folder then press enter. All the files of folder will be scan and emails will be display in the folder. User can enter multiple paths separated by comma in the search text box. All the selected folders will be scan.
Files search: Browse a file or provide a path of file in search textbox then press enter. All the emails will be display on the UI. You can provide multiple paths in the textbox to search emails from the multiple files. Emails filter Settings: There is an email filter settings in
